LegalDirect seeks ambitious intern with a can-do mentality (m/v/x)
Your duties:
Legal | You are a crack at researching, preparing, drafting, and discussing contracts. You follow up your files administratively from A-Z. You cast a legal, critical, and strategic eye on all incoming questions. Drafting decisions and pleading are totally your thing.
Some of our legal cases? Takeovers, GPDR compliance, general terms and conditions, commercial disputes, construction law, ...
Organizational | You get the opportunity to help organize and prepare seminars. You make presentations, you keep our social media alive and take care of the ins and outs of the office.
Your Profile:
You will truly be contributing to the future of LegalDirect, without a doubt. So, we're counting on you being so attached to us after your internship that you'll want to stay here.
You are:
- (almost) the proud owner of a master’s degree in law.
- completely ready to translate your theoretical baggage into practical cases.
- versatile, people-oriented, and independent.
- communicative and hands-on.
- fluent in Dutch, and proficient in English and French.
- flexible regarding travel. While your primary base is Leuven or Brussels, we serve clients nationwide. Having your own car is a plus.
