Alexa Vandenberghe
Lawyer with a passion for corporate law in an international environment
After completing her law studies at KU Leuven, specializing in economic law and European and international law, Alexa joined the Dutch-speaking Brussels Bar in 2024. Since then, she has enthusiastically strengthened the LegalDirect team, where she focuses on corporate law.
During her studies, Alexa gained valuable experience through internships in various corporate law domains, which has allowed her to build up broad expertise. She also followed extracurricular courses, such as optional practical classes and legal French. A special milestone was her participation in the NATO Legal Clinic, where she wrote a paper on the application of GDPR to international organizations under the supervision of a NATO lawyer.
